Over the last few months it has been crucial for businesses to look at their model and offering to ensure that it continues to meets the needs of their clients during this period of adapting to the 'new normal'.
As such, at Training Matters we have taken the opportunity to start offering short courses as part of portfolio and are now accredited to accept Individual Training Account (ITA) funding.
This month we ran our first, very successful, online short course with Gary at NSDesign on the Principles of Social Media in Business. Coming up soon we will be offering the Customer Service course and again a second Principles of Social Media in Business Course.
The ITA funding offers a learner the opportunity to use £200 funding from Skills Development Scotland if you fit into the below criteria:
- Aged 16 or over
- Not in education or involved in any other SDS funded programme
- Unemployed and looking to get back into work
- Employed, earning less than £22,000 per year and looking to progress in or change your job
- Resident in Scotland
To apply for funding you can do this on the My World of Work website:
