We are recruiting for an experienced coach/assessor to join our well-established team. This is a full-time, maternity cover contract with the possibility of a permanent role.
If you have what it takes to be able to coach and assess candidates undertaking management and digital marketing qualifications, we want to hear from you! You should be competent in both fields and will, preferably, already hold your assessor award. You should be enthusiastic, motivated and professional.
You will be responsible for coaching and assessing candidates across Scotland. Providing advice, guidance and support to individual candidates and groups in the form of on the job coaching and mentoring to assist their learning and ultimately the achievement of their qualification. You will carry out ongoing assessment of work submitted by candidates and provide relevant feedback.
At Training Matters we embrace technology, the role does involve a high degree of self-management and remote working, utilising the Training Matters Learning Assistant system and GoToMeeting to support and assess your candidates.
